My summer shall consist of:
7:30am: wake up/breakfast
8:00am: walk/jog at least 3.5 miles
10:00am: ER reruns
12:00pm: strengthening/toning
12:45pm: studying LSATs
5:00pm: NCIS reruns
9:00pm: St. Elsewhere (LOVE '80s Mark Harmon)
So boring.
But I'm determined to lose some weight and get in better shape this summer. I manage to make it to my college's gym at least 4-5 times a week when I'm up in Boston, but I don't belong to a gym here at home, so I have to force myself to go out for a walk/run every day. Plus, I'm going to do some strengthening/toning exercises at least 4 time a week. If I can't have a job this summer, I can at least get into good shape for the next year.
